Production
Having two vast production plants (7,000 m² + 8,200 m²) with adequate shop areas (more than 4000 m²) empowered IDAJ capability to produce more than 2,0000,00 pieces of Torsion bars & Anti-Roll bars, 300,000 units of Rear Drum Brakes and 180,000 units of Brake Boosters + Master Cylinders, annually. This capacity has been achieved through using modern manufacturing facilities as well as well trained and professional human resources.
All different production shops such as Press Shop, Heat treatment Shop, Machining Shops, Assembly Shops, Paint Shop… are well equipped with modern machines. An enhanced Preventive & Predictive Maintenance system is well in place to maintain machines and facilities at their best efficiency. Besides, IDAJ continuously improves production methods, processes, machines, facilities, working environment, safety, and knowledge of its people.

Using advanced test machines, gauges, checking fixtures, and instruments which are calibrated on a regular basis according to calibration plans as well as applying accurate control plans, ensure IDAJ that products leave the company with desired quality

1993:
• Preparing a Production Shop of 1000 m²
• Producing Anti-roll bars for SAIPA Renault 5
• Producing Leaf Spring Supports for SAIPA Nissan Junior
1994: Production of
• Anti-Roll Bars for IKCo Peykan
• Anti-Roll Bars for IKCo Peugeot 405
• Anti-Roll Bars for IKCo Mercedes Benz Minibus
• Anti-Roll Bars for Pars Khodro Nissan Patrol 1997:
• Establishing a new factory is Shahr-e Qods in a land of 3000 m² with 1950 m² production and office area
• Moving from old factory to new one (7 months after start of construction of new factory)
