The vision of Quality Management is to ensure that products within IDAJ have built in sound and sustainable quality management functions that are guided by best practices.
The mission of Quality Management is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous assurance and improvements in products by developing, documenting, and maintaining a comprehensive quality management program.
IDAJ believes that high levels of quality are essential to achieve business objectives. Quality, a source of competitive advantage, is a hallmark of Company products. High quality is not an added value; it is an essential basic requirement. Quality does not only relate solely to the end products but also relates to the way the Company employees do their job and the work processes they follow to produce products or services. Thus, work processes are defined as efficient as possible and continually improving. Company employees constitute the most important resource for improving quality.
Everyone in IDAJ is responsible for the quality of products. Quality Planning identifies which standards are relevant and how to satisfy them (design, analysis, benchmarking). Quality Assurance activities ensure that IDAJ will have all processes needed to meet requirements (example: quality audits). Quality Control ensures that quality standards which are defined in quality plan are being met.
Due to deploying Quality Management within whole company, IDAJ succeeded to achieve score 99 of 100 from SAPCo and produce almost zero-defect parts (ppm of rejected parts ≈ 0).
Quality system within the company is certified and assessed, not only by the customer auditors (SAPCo, RENAULT, SAZEH GOSTAR…) but also by credible third-party certification bodies. Thus, IDAJ has honored to obtain ISO TS 16949: 2015, ISO 9001: 2008, SAPCo’s Grade A, and SAZEH GOSTAR’s grade B, certifications.
